PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

By participating in the monthly prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Plushie Support Squad. The prize draw is held once per month, normally within the first seven days of the month, with one winner randomly selected each month.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

The monthly prize draw is only open to Plushie Support Squad members. Members are automatically entered into each monthly draw, no action is required to enter.

To qualify as a member you must EITHER own at least one official Plushie Support Squad plushie together with associated ID Card OR own at least one official Plushie Support Squad ID Card.

Plushie owner members are entitled to two entries per month per plushie. ID Card only members are entitled to one entry per ID Card per month.

THE PRIZE

The winning prize will be a single item that can be chosen from a defined selection of items from the Plushie Support Squad website. The selection of available items may vary each month.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Plushie Support Squad's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Each month, one winner will be chosen at random and notified via the Plushie Support Squad Member web page, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the back of the associated ID Card.

The prize must be claimed via the member web page within 28 days of the associated draw. If the winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of the draw, they forfeit their right to the prize, and no further prize will be issued for that month's draw.

DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The winner will claim the prize via the Plushie Support Squad website. The winner will enter delivery details at the time of the claim. The cost of delivery will be included with the prize. The prize is normally delivered within 14 days of the claim.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

The winner agrees that their first name, partial ID Card number and associated plushie name can be displayed on each member web page to inform members of the draw winner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Plushie Support Squad accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

GENERAL

Plushie Support Squad reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
